Tiffany's 21st Birthday in Vegas Town

Now this ain't your usual vegas strip type of trip...i felt like i was at home!

Consider the life of actually LIVING in vegas...with a condo/penthouse of 3 bed/3 baths, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and private balcony patio with grill....how do you think we'd use up these great amenities??? easy....we spent most of our day times there, and our night times on the strip!! Here goes a big taste of it -

Day one involved a full day of work and rushing to get out! Out of all the days, that Thursday had to be filled with things to do at work for both me and tanz. It wasn't fun haha but i guess the thought of hitting up vegas after all that made it bearable. Ok, skipping all the boring stuff, we finally got into vegas and got to our "hotel". Let me call it a resort cuz that's what it was! So we got to the resort and parked our rented ride. On our ride to the 4th floor, some ladies were in the elevator with us. They noticed that I had pressed "4" and were like "you guys staying at the penthouse huh?" At first i thought nothing of it and then i realized everyone on the 4th floor is in a penthouse. That got me fairly excited haha it's like some celeb thing where the top floor means PENTHOUSE or BIG MONEY...hahaha even more exciting was looking for our room number! Walking past all the doors that wasn't ours, we didn't expect much...but when we got to our room, it was friggin DOUBLE DOORS!! Check it!

day one's not over yet...we were UBER famished when we got there so we headed out to the strip for some good eats. As per tradition (not meant to be though), we hit up Noodles at the Bellagio for the late dinner. It was REALLY good, prolly cuz we were so hungry but I will say the food there is good even if you're not dying of hunger haha after dinner, i bought tiffany's first shot of the trip...chopin with cranberry backs! it was good enough to keep us warm hehe with a lil walk to the conservatory, we took a few pics and hit up the fountain for Tiffany's first night view of that lovely show. It was great cuz they played the most famous song "Time to Say Goodbye" hehe loved it!!! we then indeed gambled some at the bellagio tables...one good start to a sweet trip!

Day two started out slow...we woke up around 11am and I hastily opened the bottle of champagne =D Mimosas for breakfast! gooooood shiz hehe and then it was on to a delicious lunch at the bellagio buffet. I think we got there at 1:3opm or something. There was still a lot of good eats! we definitely ate our hearts out. This day was KA day. After lunch and some gambling, we headed home to get all dolled up for the show and the Bank. Funny story about this....while walking from the Bellagio buffet to head outside, we passed by the Bank club. Christine caught a glimpse of the podium right outside the door and saw all these fliers of Jay Sean being there that night. Of course we're just like, "oh wow, so cool!" and tiffany's like, "OMG he's awesome!" and then out bounces this promoter chick. She's like, "you guys wanna go to the Bank tonite???" and we're like "oh sure!!" and there we go, on the g-list to catch Jay Sean perform and dance all night =D

sooo KA is an awesome show!! if you ever get a chance to catch a show in vegas, KA should be the one. Find yourself some good deals on ticket prices and hit it up!! hehe and then all the action of rushing to the club began. We needed to get into the club before midnite. Luckily for us, the show ended at 11:15 or so. We had just about enough time to get to Bellagio and into the club. We made it in, of course!! The Bank is pretty swank. It's not a huge club, nor is it small. The bar folks are cool. We had a good few rounds before we saw Jay Sean. Of course, that was one too many rounds for the bday girl and skinny......we left the club at 2am hahaha GOOD TIMES!!

since we had no dinner, we dropped off the bday girl and my sister to grab some late night foods. McDs it was!! Did you know they don't have McChicken in NV? They only have some hot n spicy McChicken (wth?) yeah....haha ahh well...dinner was done...bed time begins...

Day three, of course, began with everyone knocked out from the busy busy night! everyone was floating in bed and around the penthouse, all chill. Today was the day we cooked a nice dinner to eat at home. That meant cooking and shopping for groceries. We cooked up lunch first. Tanz made her awesome pasta while tiffany cooked up some boxed pad thai. I was outside with the grill, grillin' some veggies. The aroma floated throughout the house. DeeeLISH!! =D After a hefty lunch, i think all of us went and took a nap lol or just sat around and watched tv....soooo relaxing....ahhhhh...

and BAM dinner time came and i got the chicken on the grill....it took awhile but everyone was working on the prepping that it didn't seem too long till the chicken was ready. It was a feast!!

and what do we do after a feast? walk it off! haha yeah right....we took like hours (??) to get ready for our fantastic night out. We all wore our dresses and awesome feathers in the hair...we were ready for the town! We wound up hitting the casino all night long till 5am! It was pretty cool since we were napping and resting most of the day, we were barely touched by tiredness. Loved it!! we headed home right when the sun was about to rise. In our rooms, i waited for the sun, and tadahhh....

So the best stuff has been said and that was our vegas in a penthouse, 2 miles from the strip =) I still like staying at a hotel on the strip better, for convenience purposes. Kinda like, oh, let's go downstairs to gamble, party, drink, dance, etc etc.....JUUUUUST convenient =) but the penthouse was really awesome...had all the essentials of living available haha =D

viva las vegas baby!!
